Please help us understand your graduate student experience by participating in the 2025 Canadian Graduate and Professional Student Survey (CGPSS). This survey is conducted every three years and provides valuable insight - allowing us to better understand and improve the various aspects of the graduate student experience. Receiving your feedback helps us evaluate programs, enhance resources, and improve the support network for graduate students.
The survey will remain open until March 15, 2025. All graduate students are invited to participate and share their voice. Students will receive a direct email to their primary home email address as recorded in Workday with the survey link to participate.
The survey assesses satisfaction in areas such as quality of program and coursework, professional skills development, research experience, advisor/supervisor interactions, financial support, resources, student life and social life.
This year 50 institutions of various sizes from across Canada are participating in the study.
By committing 25 minutes of your time to complete the survey you will play a role in shaping the future experience of all graduate students at UBC.
We recognize that your time is valuable and as a token of appreciation, we will enter every participant who completes the survey into a draw for the chance to win one of five $250 gift cards.
