The Division of Engineers and Geoscientists in the Resource Sector (DEGIRS) offers a $2,000 bursary aimed at advancing engineering and geosciences education and practices in BC. The bursary is intended to provide financial assistance to students in an accredited post-secondary or post-graduate program at a degree-granting institute in BC. Studies should relate directly to professional engineering and/or geoscience/geotechnique in the resource sector.
