I decided to pursue a graduate degree because it helps prepare me to understand and tackle today's environmental problems.

What do you like to do for fun or relaxation?
When not doing research, I can be found baking sourdough or painting, or outside birding, trail running, skiing, or climbing. There's never a dearth of outdoor activities to pursue in Vancouver.
