Notes on Eligibility

The first year of the Bachelor's degree is usually viewed as comparable to the 11th year of high-school in Canada. As such, the four-year Bachelor's degree is deemed more comparable to a two-year degree at a Canadian university and is therefore not eligible for direct admission to the Master's program.
