English class assignments, school newspaperarticles, emails and reading journal responses tell the story of Arthur Bean, a grade seven kiddesperate to win the city-wide short story contest. The problem is, he’s kind of out of ideasright now. In a moment of desperation, he steals the story of his secret love, his creativewriting partner Kennedy Laurel.
